Kosovo Serbs are expected to remove roadblocks across the troubled northern region of Kosovo. Wednesday's announcement by Serbia's President Aleksandar Vucic is expected to diffuse tensions between Belgrade and Pristina after weeks of violent protests against Prishtina authority.
